  1. Screaming Bjarne will pop up on your screen at
  2. random intervals (adjusted by the delay slider)
  3. and scream bloody murder.  Why?  Mostly to
  4. annoy your office mates.  The display time
  5. slider is to synch the picture/sound.
  6. (You can change the snd/pict with ResEdit,
  7. if you are so inclined.  Just keep the resource
  8. numbers the same, and don't use a sound >75K.)
